Finesse Bridle - Cassidy Rolled Double - Patent Black with Silver Metal Work
The Weymouth Cassidy Model has a wide padded noseband to protect the mandible with round stitching. It is a timeless & elegant design, with details that help you as a rider to separate the bridle to enable it to be cleaned & cared for properly. The noseband closes with a pullback function and can easily be removed or switched from the side neckpiece.
All the buckles on the Finesse Bridles are carefully placed to reduce the risk of unwanted pressure points, and the noseband attaches to the headpiece with cleverly engineered hook-and-eye fastenings. This also allows the noseband to be removed while the bridle is still on your horse. The cheekpieces are independent of the bridle, with adjustment on the top of the head, to allow for even adjustment. A quick-change browband system allows you to rapidly and easily change your horse's browband without removing the bridle (when using a compatible browband).
This bridle is generally used by dressage riders at an advanced level.
When purchasing a FinesseBridle® you aren’t investing in a regular piece of equipment, you are investing in comfort for your horse. Not only does it eliminate pressure points by avoiding the sensitive areas of your horse's face, it may also improve performance by allowing the horse to become more balanced, and in turn, allowing greater freedom of movement.
These Bridles have a completely unique head piece, which is designed to distribute and reduce pressure from the poll on the neck of your horse. They are created with a special neckpiece, designed to distribute and reduce the regional pressure on your horse’s neck.
Engineers and other experts are behind this unique padding material. They made study for 10 years to find the right pressure reducing material. This unique material originates from the technology applied in hospital mattresses used for bedbound patients, to avoid issues of pressure sores.
It is not memory-foam, but a uniquely designed fibre-material that allows the blood-flow to remain intact in the parts of the body in contact with the material.
Well known and respected Grand Prix Dressage rider, Cathrine Dufour has worked with and tested the Finesse Bridles for over 2 years on several of her horses. Cathrine provided invaluable input into the design and fit details and helped ensure that correct adjustments were made. This long term collaboration and testing has resulted in a bridle collection that truly delivers on style, functionality and above all comfort for the horse.
