Shipping policy

UK Delivery

Our standard delivery timescale is 3-5 working days for orders within the UK, although most orders arrive quicker than this. We offer free delivery when you spend £75 or more within the UK.

If you require an item sooner than the estimated delivery times above, please contact info@jewelsandhorses.com to see if we can arrange for the item to be sent out for next day delivery. We always endeavour to provide the best & quickest possible service. 

If you shop for delivery to Ireland, N Ireland, Isle of Mann, Highlands, Jersey or Guernsey then you will be charged:

Goods value up to £50 - postage £6

Goods value up to £150 - £10

Goods value over £150

Standard Tracked International Delivery:

There is a standard fee of £14.95 for International Delivery. Please be aware that customers outside of the UK may also be charged separately for a custom charge depending on the relevant authorities. This is not the responsibility of Jewels and Horses Limited. 

Provided the goods you have ordered are in stock we aim to dispatch them within two working days. Jewels and Horses Ltd will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control. Occasionally this may be longer if we require security authorisation from your payment provider or at particularly busy times. If there is a delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you, by email, as soon as possible.
